Our story
Built by people who run training every day
Shekhai started with a simple frustration: running a professional training programme meant juggling spreadsheets, email threads, file shares and a separate tool for every assessment. Trainers spent more time on administration than on teaching.
We set out to build one calm, dependable place where organizations can design courses, enrol learners, assess knowledge and see progress — with AI that removes the busywork without taking the trainer out of the loop.
Today the platform supports training teams, independent trainers and the learners they serve, from the first lesson to the final certificate.
